Participants from low-income economies are entitled to receive a discounted rate when registering. Low Income Economy Countries are defined by the 2023 World Bank and listed below:

Participants from theses countries are requested to contact the secretariat to obtain a discount code before making their registration payment.

All payments should be made without charges for the beneficiary.

The registration fee will be charged depending on when the actual payment is made.

ONLY Online registration is available at the conference website.

The registration will not be complete until you have paid your registration fee, and the registration confirmation email is sent.

Payment must be made in Korean won for domestic participants and dollars for overseas participants.

Participants from countries where restrictions apply to transfer foreign currency should contact the Organizing Secretariat.

For users who use PayPal for the first time, it takes about 3-5 days to register for a bank account and credit card on the PayPal App, so please refer to it.

Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below.

All bank service charges are to be paid by the participant.

A copy of the bank transfer statement must be sent to the secretariat via email at regi@icmart2024.org.

Please ensure that the sender’s name is the same as the registrant’s name in order for us to identify the registrant. If the names are not the same, please inform the secretariat via email at regi@icmart2024.org.

Official receipts will be issued to the registrant on their [My Page].

If you do not receive receipt on your [My Page], please contact the secretariat via e-mail at regi@icmart2024.org and we will email you the receipt.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to regi@icmart2024.org.

No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.

All refunds will be made within 2 months after ICMART 2024 and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bank transfer admission fees will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

The organizers nor the venue can be held liable for any losses or damages to personal properties or health of the participants. The participants should arrange their own insurance to cover any medical costs.
