The ICMART 2024 Organizing Committee has arranged special accommodations for ICMART 2024 participants. We've negotiated reduced rates to ensure you have an affordable and comfortable stay.
Please note that availability is based on a first-come, first-served policy. We therefore encourage early bookings to secure your preferred choice.

Reservation Procedure

  1. Choose Hotel and Room Type
    Select your preferred hotel and room

  2. Confirm the length of stay
    and write guest information

  3. Input credit card
    payment information

  4. Reservation Confirmation
    Upon successful processing, the hotel will email you a confirmation letter

  • Reservations will be made on the reservation page of your preferred hotel.

  • Direct all reservation inquiries to the hotel itself.

  • Please remember that participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements.
